Our most advanced machine. Automatically scans a part with range tracking
using 5 axes. The confocal optics line sensor extracts up to 16,000
range points per second. Each point is accurate to +/-10 microns in 3
dimensions. It handles parts within a 6" cube and returns either a
datacloud or extracts dimensions from the part. It provides automatic
and precise inspection up to 10X faster than probing
methods. The operator places the part to be inspected on the turntable
and clicks his mouse. The rest is automatic. In a
minute or less, all dimensions are inspected and compared to design
nominals by our patented software and hardware -- with
micron repeatability.
