Model 50C - Overview

Provides automatic and precise inspection of planar electronic parts and other small stamped or machined parts.  The operator places the part to be inspected on the part holder, pushes a button and the rest is automatic.  A confocal optics sensing spot scans the part in a minute or less.  Graphics compare the part's shape to design nominals by our patented software and hardware -- with micron repeatability.
